Problem uploading targeted small molecule quantifications Joerg  2023-09-20 05:27:37

Hi,
Uploading my third data file to a novel folder results in the following error message which I can't interpret, unfortunately 8the previous two files worked smoothly):
https://panoramaweb.org/IfADO - Analytical Chemistry/Custodio et al.%2C Cells%2C 2023/pipeline-status-showFile.view?rowId=174298&filename=230512MyllysUrea_231247ff_2023-09-20_14-04-13.sky_2023-09-20_05-04-16.log&download=false

Any help is greatly appreciated!
Many thanks in advance,
Joerg

Hi Joerg,

Sorry that you hit this error. There's a bug parsing a particular version of the Skyline file format. We've already fixed it but still need to get it deployed to PanoramaWeb. I can update this thread after the upgrade.

https://www.labkey.org/home/Developer/issues/issues-details.view?issueId=48689

In the meantime, you may be able to get Skyline to regenerate using the latest format as a workaround. You can try going to "Edit > Manage Results > Rescore" and then importing the updated file.

Thanks,
Josh

Great, I'm glad you were able to import.

The bug fix for the parsing problem was deployed to PanoramaWeb earlier today, so you shouldn't need to manually update any other files.

Thanks,
Josh
